Return & Exchange

Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags. Please fill in the exchange form provided in your order or contact us at info@hummingbirds.pk. Please ship the articles to be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 15 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
Please note that Inner wear & undergarments are non-returnable and exchangeable due to hygiene issues. 

 

You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Once a product has shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.

International: Currently, no returns or exchanges for international orders are being offered.

Articles purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange or return.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • An exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • We don’t offer cash refunds; instead, you will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for the online store only, which you can use to buy now or in the future, provided it falls into the categories defined above.

Provide all the required information to our friendly representative, and if all the conditions are met, we will schedule the pickup at your doorstep. At Hummingbirds, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
